POLICIES AND FEES
All craftspeople applying for any of our shows must fill out an application form for each show they would like to enter. Anyone who has not exhibited in a Village Crafter show previously must send three pictures of their work and one of their display. Once the jurying has been done you will receive notification of acceptance or rejection. Being rejected does not necessarily mean that the work was not of high quality. Sometimes we must reject a candidate because the category in which they have applied is full. We try very hard to keep each category of craft to a certain percentage of the total number of participants. The fee for each one-day 2024 show is $60. Doane Park and West Yarmouth are $65.
ALL WORK SUBMITTED TO VILLAGE CRAFTERS FOR CONSIDERATION MUST BE MADE BY THE ARTIST. WE ACCEPT NO BUY/SELL OR MANUFACTURED ITEMS. IF IT IS DETERMINED THAT THE ITEMS BEING SOLD AT THE SHOW ARE NOT THE WORK OF THE ARTIST, THAT PERSON WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE SHOW AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDING OF FEES.
